Y-Dub Term Youth Workshops are back and better than ever and have been developed especially FOR young women, BY young women!

Each workshop has been developed to help young women grow great relationships, learn about practical life skills and enhance self-esteem and confidence.

Overall we hope to equip young women with the skills to be an effective leader and provide opportunities for young women to implement them, enhance the self-esteem and confidence of young women in a safe environment, gain awareness and knowledge of issues affecting young women, promote a holistic approach to healthy living and promote creativity through self-expression.

Y-Dubs various workshops and activities will be facilitated by YWCA Hamilton as well as special guests and facilitators.

These workshops are for young women aged 13-18 years.

You must have attended 3 of the previous programmes to attend the LUSH or ESCAPIST workshop. If you would like to attend the LUSH and ESCAPIST workshops you must attend 6 of the previous workshops. Please email Zeta at programmes@ywcahamilton.org.nz if you have any questions.
