IMPROVING YOUR WELLBEING & REDUCING STRESS - workshop for women

This year we are coming to the University of Waikato's halls of residence to run monthly workshops on topics relevant to YOU!

The first workshop is on Thursday 15th of March at 7.30-9.30pm at College Hall.

The topic of the workshop is Improving Your Well-being and Reducing Stress. Experts from PressGo will give you concrete tools to manage your wellbeing and reduce stress.
