The YWCA organises and runs events, workshops and activities for young women. The aim of the programmes is to provide young women with the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge.

Building body confidence workshops held in schools

Encore

An after breast cancer gentle exercise programme helping restore mobility, flexibilty and confidence through gentle exercise. Encore will launch its first ever program in Whangarei on the 18th March at the Whangarei Aquatic Centre. Ewing rd Whangarei.

Parents Inc

Toolbox parenting groups are relaxed informal parenting sessions run over six weeks. The focus is on making parenting experience a really positive one.
