Christina Silkstone
Office Manager
Christina is a fun and organised woman who keeps the office in order. Her family originate from England though have lived in New Zealand for past 12 years. She and her husband Graham have two adult children.
Christina has studied towards a theology degree in Auckland. She likes to keep fit by swimming going to the gym and her other interests include singing at the church where her husband is the minister.
Lililucia Schmidt-Uili BSW Hons
Leadership Programme Manager
Lili looks after our Leadership Programme. She has worked as a social worker for over 10 years in New Zealand and the UK. Her social work has included working with abused children, asylum seekers, the terminally ill and youth at risk.
She has been involved in the development of a youth education programme and have tutored social and life skills. Her interests outside of work are in playing the piano and performing arts.
Rachel Williams
Fundraiser
Rachel assists our fundraising requirements. She is a Masters student at Victoria University of Wellington undertaking a major in Criminology and tutors a third-year paper on Sexual Violence. She has also tutored papers on criminological theory and criminal behaviour. Her thesis involves an examination of the influence of disembodiment, identity and anonymity on individual cyberstalking schemas and perceptions of threat amongst female university students.
Rachel has research interests in human rights, women’s rights and sexual violence. She has lived in Wellington for five years and is originally from Taranaki.
