For girls aged between 11 and 15 years designed to build confidence and self esteem and have fun as well. This programme is funded by the JBS Dudding Trust
Week Without Violence
Each year in November we recognise Week Without Violence by drawing the Community’s attention to the universal problem of violence.
In 2005 together with Wanganui Women’s Network we organised a march of peace to the Riverside and the release of balloons which symbolised freedom. We also hand out balloons and lollipops together with an affirming message to people on the street.
Self Defence for Women
Self Defence for Women is held on an as required basis, that is, when 
there are a sufficient number of women to hire a registered tutor.
