Tonelle provides administrative support to Board of the YWCA of Aotearoa New Zealand in the management of the national organisation, particularly with regard to programme development and delivery, advocacy, strategy and networking.

This new positon within our organisation will oversee the development and delivery of a new advocacy programme for the YWCA of Aotearoa New Zealand, and support all YWCA Member Associations to implement the new programme within two years as well as support to continue to implement existing programmes that benefit women in Aotearoa New Zealand, especially young women.
